In these uncertain times, we understand the importance of having something to look forward to for you and your family, but we also know that you need to be confident that your money and your plans are protected. The Lemore Estate have taken all necessary measures to adhere to government regulations and advice and to help keep all of our guests and staff safe. You will have the space, the options and the service of our team to help you have a fantastic break.

We hope that the flexibility and assurance below gives you the confidence to book a much-needed break, a special occasion, an overdue anniversary or simply a relaxing break with your wellness at the centre of our attention.

We are pleased to offer free cancellation and a full refund or you may prefer to move your booking to a date in the future with no administration fee 48 hours prior to your arrival date in all the instances detailed below. Simply contact us on 01544 300281 or email us and we will process the change as soon as we can:

  1. If we cancel your booking, or you are personally impacted by COVID-19 or the booking is impacted by Government restrictions.

  2. If you are unwell with COVID-19 symptoms and/or have a confirmed case or if you are required to isolate by Test & Trace, please do not visit our resort.

  1. Keep up to date with the Government guidance with regards to travel and staycations in your local area and that of Herefordshire.  It is necessary that you follow all restrictions applying in both locations. The Lemore Estate will adhere to local restrictions relating to the new Alert Tiering System. Please expect to be challenged by our teams if you are contravening guidelines and please respect and understand that it is their responsibility by law.

  2. International arrivals. All guests visiting the UK from overseas, please check the UK Government’s Travel Corridor list. You cannot use the Lemore Estate as a quarantine location and you must complete any quarantine requirements prior to your planned booking.


Stay with confidence

  1. Your responsibility. Please keep up to date with the Government guidance with regards to travel and staycations in your local area and that of Herefordshire.  We remind all our guests to abide by any restrictions imposed by the Government or local authority and please do keep to social distancing guidelines and remember your face coverings.

  2. The Rule of 6 is law in the UK. If you are a party larger than 6, please prepare to be questioned by our team on arrival or during your stay. The Lemore Estate are legally required to enforce the Rule of 6, both in terms of staying at the resort and in mingling/socialising around the grounds. 

  3. Arrival and Departure times. You can arrive from 12pm, with access to your accommodation from 3pm. We ask that you depart your accommodation by 10am.

  4. Face covers. Wearing a face covering in indoor areas throughout resort is compulsory by law. Please bring a face covering with you for use during your stay as indicated in the changes to our activities and restaurants below.

  5. Hand Sanitiser. We have provided numerous hand sanitiser facilities throughout our resort, which should be used by all guests frequently.

  6. 11pm Curfew. Licensed areas in our restaurants and bars must be vacated by 11pm, with last orders at 10pm.

  7. NHS Test and Trace. You will be able to use the NHS COVID-19 App to scan the QR code to identify when you have entered our hotel.

  8. Feeling unwell. If you or a member of your party is feeling unwell or showing any symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you do not visit our hotel. If you feel unwell when staying at the resort, please stay in your room and contact a member of our team via phone 01544 300281 who will advise you what to do next.  

  9. The Lemore Estate is playing its part in keeping us all safe.  Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in you being asked to leave resort immediately.

  10. Staffing at the resort. All our staff and managers are temperature checked each day and have regular Covid-19 tests.


Social Distancing

  1. Keep your distance. Please keep a safe, social distance of 2m where possible from other guests when you are at the resort. When our team are serving and interacting with our guests, they will also maintain social distancing wherever possible.

Enhanced Cleaning

  1. Our teams have undergone advanced training to enhance our tried and tested cleaning processes; additional cleaning is being undertaken, with particular attention paid to our accommodation and high touch points in general areas around the resort. We are proud to have the We're Good To Go consumer mark and industry standard.
